Subscriber Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026. This policy describes CTX Insider promotional signups, including the optional promotional-text choice on business signup and business profiles.

What we collect

We save your mobile number, your optional first name, cities, interests, subscription status, and a record of the consent wording, version, time, and form used. For abuse prevention, we temporarily retain a daily hash of your network address with an attempt count; these records are removed on a subsequent signup after that day. When you opt in through your business profile, we also link that promotional subscription to your business account so you can turn it off there. Promotional opt-in and post approval/rejection text preferences are separate. We do not put subscriber contact details on public pages. We also retain phone verification timestamps and campaign submission records, including provider message identifiers, to manage delivery and prevent duplicate sends. Verification codes are checked by Twilio and are not stored by this site.

How we use your choices

We use your information to manage your signup and, after service setup and contact verification, send CTX Insider promotions about local businesses, deals, and events matching your choices. Sending providers may process the contact information needed to deliver messages. Admin access is limited to the website owner.

Your contact details stay with CTX Insider

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Listed businesses do not receive your phone number through this form.

Your choices

Use the private preference link provided after signup to change your cities and interests or unsubscribe. Texts support STOP to cancel and HELP for assistance. Customers do not need an account or login. We do not collect customer emails through this signup.

Records and service readiness

We retain subscription and consent records to manage your preferences and honor opt-outs. A signup is a request, not proof that you control the phone number. Promotional sending is disabled until the delivery and verification workflows are configured.
